Job summary

Regal Rexnord onsite in Florence, AL seeks an experienced machinist to perform CNC and manual machine setups, calibration, and operation within the Diaphragm Cell. You will set up machines, perform quality inspections, and ensure proper tool usage and setup sheets are maintained.

The role requires interpreting instructions, adherence to 6S and safety procedures, and collaboration with the team to train new staff while supporting ISO 9001 and API 671 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex instructions.
• Experience with CNC and manual machines (lathes, mills, EDM).
• Ability to perform assembly, quality inspections and shot peening.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex instructions for machine setup.
• Set up machines or cells per instructions; operate vertical/horizontal lathes, mills, press, laser, EDM.
