Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Machinist II in Auburn, AL for a full-time onsite role. You will set up, program, operate, and adjust CNC/manual machines from drawings to produce replacement and prototype parts with strict tolerances.

The position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and strong problem-solving skills. Overtime and Saturdays may be required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret engineering drawings and prints.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD, hand tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Set up and operate CNC/manual machines to tight tolerances.
• Change tooling and sequence setups with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and basic maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Write/edit/modify CNC programs and operate machines to engineering tolerances.
• Set up manual lathes and other equipment per drawings.
• Inspect parts and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure safety guidelines.
• Meet production standards and operate multiple machines as required.
