Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Experience with CNC machining, manufacturing processes, or process development.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience supporting production directly on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and machining operations on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot production, machining, and process-related issues.
• Identify root causes of defects and implement process improvements.
• Support CNC machining and manufacturing process development.
• Work with operators to maintain stable and efficient production processes.
• Test and validate new or improved manufacturing processes.
• Review and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Improve manufacturing methods, workflow, tooling, equipment utilization, quality, and efficiency.
• Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and engineering records.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
