Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and machining operations on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot production, machining, and process-related issues.

• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Design, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support high-volume production and machining operations in Pontiac, IL. This role is approximately 70% shop floor and 30% office, working directly with operators and cross‑functional engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, improve processes, and support production.

Experience

Candidates with approximately 3+ years of relevant CNC, machining, manufacturing, or process engineering experience are preferred. Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they have strong hands‑on machining knowledge.
