Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Pontiac, IL seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Machining & Process Development to advance production processes and drive improvements in a high-tolerance environment.

You will collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams, support PCN activities, and develop robust machining processes. A Bachelor's in engineering with 8–10 years' experience is expected, with strong communication and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing and machining environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Split between office and shop floor (about 30% office, 70% shop floor).
• Support PCN activity, testing and validating process improvements.
• Work with operators to maintain processes and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and improvements.
• Serve as a key team member supporting production processes, reporting to Engineering Manager.
