Responsibilities

• Support production processes and drive process improvement in a high-tolerance manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and improvements.
• Maintain processes with operators and prepare reports and process review documents.
• Support daily operations within the manufacturing process and communicate results to Engineering Manager.
