Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop and optimize CNC machining processes in our Pontiac facility. You will support production, troubleshoot issues, and create robust work instructions to improve efficiency and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing, with expertise in GD&T, CNC programming, and continuous improvement. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Strong CNC process development, tooling knowledge, and GD&T skills.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve CNC machining processes.
• Support production and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Create process documentation and work instructions.
• Optimize cycle times, tooling, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on engineering projects.
