Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist II for the 3rd shift with flexible hours. The role operates, sets up, and maintains CNC machines to produce machined parts within tight tolerances according to work instructions and engineering drawings, while following GMP/GDP and OOQ standards.

Responsibilities include tool changes, minor offsets, in-process inspection with measuring equipment, routine PM, and accurate job tracking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC machining including progressive machining of various parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by OOQ standards using measuring equipment.
