Job summary

TECOMET seeks a skilled CNC Machinist II for the 3rd shift to produce precision parts in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines, follow drawings, and ensure quality while adhering to GMP/GDP and safety standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of CNC experience and a GED; an associate degree is preferred. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within tolerances and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC machining including progressive parts and close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust for wear.
• Ensure product quality with OOQ standards and measurement tools.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule and keep records.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain safe working practices and report safety issues.
• Record activities on the job tracking system.
• Identify and support continuous improvement activities.
• Elevate manufacturing issues to Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
