Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist II to operate and set up CNC machines on the 3rd shift, producing precision parts with close tolerances. You will follow drawings, maintain quality using OOQ standards, and keep accurate records while supporting continuous improvement and GMP/GDP practices.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of CNC experience, and a commitment to safety. Preference for an associate degree or machinist apprenticeship and UK English/Math familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Preferred: associate degree or machinist apprenticeship.
• UK GCSE/NVQ math and English is desirable (UK).

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances.
• Perform complex CNC machining with close tolerances.
• Change tooling and adjust offsets for wear.
• Ensure quality using OOQ and measurement tools.
• Maintain PM schedule and perform routine maintenance.
• Record activities on the job tracking system.
• Support continuous improvement and safe work practices.
