Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience of working in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of a variety of parts and metals with very close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets and adjustments for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by working to OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and adhere to PM schedule.
• Perform hand finishing.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Identify and report Safety, Health & Environmental issues to minimize risk.
• Achieve productivity targets and find ways to improve efficiency.
• Record all activities on the job tracking system.
• Support Continuous Improvement activities and escalate manufacturing issues as needed.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
