Matsuura Machinery USA is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair our high-precision CNC machines at customer sites across the region.

You will train distributors and customers, provide remote support by phone and email, and dive into manuals and vendor resources to solve complex technical challenges. This field role requires travel and a strong foundation in mechanical/electrical CNC systems.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills to read schematics and blueprints.
• FANUC experience required; knowledge of Yaskawa and/or Siemens is a plus.
• 2-year technical degree in electrical engineering or robotics preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer facilities to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Matsuura machines and controls.
• Provide elite-level training to distributors and customers, and offer remote support via phone and email.
• Dig into manuals and vendor resources to crack complex technical challenges beyond distributor knowledge.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and feedback, and author technical bulletins and repair manuals.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of the CNC machine tool industry and Matsuura’s product line.
