Job summary

Matsuura Machinery USA, Inc. is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to provide elite-level support for CNC machines across North America. You'll travel to customer facilities to install, maintain, and repair machines while offering training and troubleshooting assistance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• FANUC experience required; knowledge of Yaskawa/Siemens a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities for installation and troubleshooting.
• Train distributors and customers; provide remote support.
• Document repairs and create technical bulletins.
