Job summary

Azalea Homecare, Inc. in Suwanee is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide hands-on in-home care, including bathing, grooming, mobility support, and meal preparation.

You’ll work with a caregiver-first team, receive nurse-led mentorship, certifications, and caregiver-friendly scheduling that values your skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA license (state-specific).
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—employer-paid).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/transfer clients.
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication.
• Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility & strength: ROM, walking, and physician-directed therapy routines.
• Monitor health: check vital signs, track intake, and report changes.
• Provide medication cues: remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.
• Support daily life: meals, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.
• Advocate for safety: infection-control and fall-prevention protocols, EMR notes via our app.

We have multiple cases available in Suwanee:

Case 1: Tuesdays from 5:00–9:00 p.m. and Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 2:00–9:00 p.m.

Case 2: Seven days a week from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Case 3: Seven days a week from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. A Spanish-speaking caregiver is required.
