Azalea Home Care is seeking CNAs to provide hands-on home health support in the Gwinnett County area. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and document care through our EMR app, while receiving nurse-led mentorship and caregiver-first scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active CNA license (state-specific) required.
• First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain (employer-paid).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote mobility through range-of-motion exercises and walking assistance.
• Monitor health by checking vital signs and reporting changes.
• Provide medication cues and document compliance.
• Support daily living: meals, light housekeeping, errands, companionship.
• Follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols; document EMR notes.

What You’ll Do

• Advocate for safety: follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.

What You’ll Bring
