Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-Willow Springs in Tooele, UT seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant/Shower Aide to support residents under the direction of nursing leadership. This full-time role requires a High School diploma, current CNA license, CPR/BLS, and a food handler permit.

You will assist with ADLs, meals, transfers, and documentation daily. The position emphasizes compassionate resident care, adherence to care plans, and teamwork within the clinical department.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• 1 year of experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents per care plans and policies.
• Assists with activities of daily living and transfers as needed.
• Coordinates dining service setup, delivery, and documentation of intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake and weight changes.
• Assists with skin checks and reporting any issues to nursing staff.
• Documents progress and communicates factors affecting care to supervisors.
