Job summary

ROCKY MOUNTAIN CARE - TOOELE INC in Tooele, UT seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, feeding, documentation, and routine tasks aligned with care plans and facility policies.

The role requires a state-registered CNA in good standing, current CPR/BLS and Food Handler Permit, and the ability to lift and move residents as needed. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• One year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services to residents per care plans and policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate mealtimes including tray delivery and feeding assistance.
• Document intake, weight, and skin condition as directed.
• Notify nurse/supervisor of changes in resident condition.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.
