Job summary

Rocky Mountain Personal Care in Woods Cross, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time day shifts. You will provide direct resident care in accordance with established care plans, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain quality care and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documentation, meal service, and reporting changes in resident condition. CPR/BLS and food handler permits are required or current.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Long-term care experience at least 1 year (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transporting residents.
• Coordinates meal service, delivers meals and documents intake.
• Tracks weights and skin integrity; reports changes to nurses and supervisor.
• Performs documentation, follows safety, infection control and confidentiality policies.
