Job summary

ROCKY MOUNTAIN CARE - TOOELE INC in Tooele, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care per care plans, support nursing staff, and promote residents' dignity and safety.

You will assist with ADLs, dining services, mobility, documentation, and report changes to the nurse. This role requires current CNA license, CPR/BLS, food handler permit, and ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• At least one year of long-term care CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Support lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Record weights and report changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow infection control policies.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in quality and safety activities.
