Job summary

RMC - CLEARFIELD OPERATING LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (Shower Aide) to provide resident care in a long-term care setting in Clearfield, UT. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, meal service, weight and skin condition documentation, and reporting changes to supervising nurses.

The role requires state CNA licensure in good standing, CPR/BLS, a Food Handler Permit, and at least one year in long-term care (preferred).

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit.
• No disciplinary action against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services to residents according to care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Coordinate dining room services and meal delivery.
• Document intake and track residents' weight and skin condition.
• Report changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in QAPI activities.
