Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services in Williamston is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care. Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 am–12:30 pm, Tue/Thu 11:00 am–3:00 pm. Excellent pay!!!

The CNA will deliver direct patient care, assist with hygiene, meals, transfers and light housekeeping, while maintaining accurate records. You will work as part of a team, respect patient privacy, and follow the Plan of Care.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Help with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Maintain patient records and documentation per agency policies.
• Follow Plan of Care and report changes promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care.
• Assist with methods of transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising RN/therapists.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Record and report changes in client’s condition.
• Complete EVV tasks and time sheets as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctuality.
• Adapt to client and family value systems.
• Assist in promoting independence within client abilities.
• Follow the care plan and protect patient privacy.
