Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am–12:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am–3:00pm.

The home care aide delivers direct patient care, assists with daily living activities, monitors health status, maintains accurate records, and reports changes to the supervising team.

Competenze

• Maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene care (bath, shave, hair care, mouth care).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as directed.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to the client.
• Maintain accurate records per agency.
• Record and report changes in client’s condition.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV documentation.
