Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. The schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, and Tuesday, Thursday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, personal hygiene, transfers, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and maintaining accurate records. Do not administer medications; follow the Plan of Care and EVV documentation.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write and follow directions.
• Perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Sympathetic attitude toward care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living support.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as directed.
• Prepare meals with client dietary preferences.
• Offer companionship and age-appropriate activities.
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain records and report changes in condition.
• Complete EVV tasks and time sheets as required.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Follow Plan of Care and client privacy rules.
• Do not administer medications.
