Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. Schedule: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30am, Tuesday-Thursday 11am-3pm. Excellent pay.

The CNA will deliver direct patient care in patients’ residences, perform personal hygiene support, and assist with transfers, meals, and daily living activities while maintaining records and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must hold/maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Clear reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to perform lifting, bending and standing.
• Empathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and personal hygiene support.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care as instructed by supervisors.
• Prepare meals aligned with client diets and preferences.
• Offer companionship and activities according to client needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and complete EVV tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate client records and report changes promptly.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and respect the patient’s rights.
