Action Health Staffing is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 9:00 AM–12:30 PM, Tue/Thu 11:00 AM–3:00 PM. Excellent pay and supportive team environment.

You will perform direct patient care, personal hygiene support, basic nursing tasks under supervision, and maintain client privacy while documenting progress and adapting to family routines.

Competenze

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care (bath, shave, hair, mouth care).
• Assist transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to the client.
• Light housekeeping and record-keeping per agency standards.
• Report changes in client condition promptly and accurately.
• Complete tasks in EVV app and timesheets as required.
• Follow Plan of Care and never administer medications.
