Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide in-home care in the Williamston area. Shifts run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m. Excellent pay and a supportive home care team. The CNA will deliver direct patient care, assist with hygiene, transfers, and basic nursing tasks under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Must maintain DFS certification.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Able to lift and perform physical tasks as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing tasks under supervision.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate patient records per agency requirements.
• Document changes in patient condition and report to supervisor.
• Follow Plan of Care and never administer medications.
