Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential care to residents, assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and comfort. CNAs monitor vital signs, document care, and report observations to nursing staff while safeguarding privacy and dignity under HIPAA guidelines.

Part-time positions are available without benefits. The role requires an active CNA license, HS diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as required by states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable while handling multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Be able to perform all functions under your active license or certification or as it pertains to your assigned duties.
• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their care plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Know how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
• Be willing to take on other duties and assignments within the scope of your knowledge and experience.
