Cogir Senior Living in the United States is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will support daily living activities while promoting safety, privacy, and dignity within a team-based environment.

The role emphasizes independence, gentle engagement, and respect for residents, with opportunities for training, advancement, and strong benefits. Weekend rotation is expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA or HCA license must be valid per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Memory care experience is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Promote independence and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties (beds, tidying rooms).
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
