Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents in our communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence, and ensure safety and comfort while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to resident dignity and respect.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) as needed.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support through engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
