Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a senior living setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure safety and comfort, and support independence while respecting privacy and dignity.

You will work in a team to maintain a nurturing environment, with opportunities for growth. Weekend rotation is expected, and strong communication with staff and families is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to residents to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
