• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
• Report incidents and documentation to RN/LPN or supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas as directed
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents
