Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks a CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily care for residents in Asheville, NC. You will assist with activities of daily living, lead activities, and document resident status while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must hold an active CNA license, be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 60 days, and demonstrate reliable communication and teamwork in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State and be in good standing.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of the nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs; push or carry 25 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in activities.
• Conduct activities and provide meaningful experiences for residents.
• Report incidents and complete appropriate documentation.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and assist with dining and mobility.
• Communicate status and changes to residents and family as directed.
