Harmony Senior Services in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a CN A/Direct Care Giver to provide quality assistance with activities of daily living for residents. You will encourage independence, support activity participation, and ensure a meaningful daily experience.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, assisting with daily living tasks, housekeeping duties, and coordinating with the nursing team to ensure safe, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.

Responsabilités

• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Reports incidents and documentation as required.
• Performs housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed by supervisor.
• Responds promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assists in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Communicates resident status and information to team and families as needed.
• Completes other duties as assigned
