Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to assist residents with daily living activities and to promote independence within the community. You will help residents participate in activities and provide meaningful daily experiences.

Responsibilities include following policies, reporting incidents, light housekeeping, responding to calls, assisting with dining and transfers, and maintaining documentation in the Daily Log. A supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and update the Daily Log and clinical records.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain clean resident areas.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergency alerts.
• Assist in move-in transitions and support resident well-being.
