Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance to residents. You will support independence, participate in activities, and follow all policies while maintaining a warm, professional environment.

Formación

• Must possess current CNA license/certification and be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Be a contributing member of the nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents.
• Encourage independence and participation in community activities.
• Report incidents and complete documentation as required.
• Perform housekeeping duties and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies and maintain calm during incidents.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident activities and move-ins.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and document appropriately.
