Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the state in which the community is located.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide emotional support during move-ins and daily routines.
• Report incidents and changes to the nursing team and document appropriately.
• Assist with meals, dining room duties, and activity participation.
• Follow confidentiality policies and safety procedures.
