Job summary

PACS Group in Montana seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care in line with assessments and care plans. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and monitoring while documenting changes and communicating with nurses.

Requires a state-licensed CNA, strong attention to safety and confidentiality, and ability to work as part of a team within a facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state law.
• High school level education minimum (10th grade).
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents per assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, charts and notes.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, mobility, and daily activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
• Support safe handling of blood and body fluids and infection control.
• Help prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
• Document and report any incidents or accidents during the shift.
