Qualifications

• Education: Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Writing/Reporting: Ability to write reports and routine notes.
• Reasoning/Problem solving: Ability to solve practical problems with limited procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidential resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist with daily resident activities and ensure beds, room readiness, and comfort.
• Record vital signs, intake, outputs, and other required data accurately.
• Participate in nursing reports and follow established policies and procedures.
