Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans. You will verify resident identity, assist with ADLs, document observations, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
