Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team in South Dakota. The role provides routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans, supervised by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

You will interact with residents, document care, and maintain a respectful, safe environment. The ideal candidate holds a state CNA license, is able to read and follow care plans, and communicates effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or services.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
