Job summary

PACS Group in Montana seeks a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and assessments.

You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, document care, monitor changes, and promptly report to the Nurse Supervisor. The role emphasizes compassion, confidentiality, and teamwork in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Assist residents with daily functions (dental and mouth care, bath, dressing, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
