• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report suspected disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care as directed.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and assist with moving, positioning, and transfers.
