Job summary

Country Hills Post Acute is seeking a part-time CNA to deliver routine nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans in a warm, supportive El Cajon, CA setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor essential needs, and promptly report changes to the Nurse Supervisor. CA CNA license required or eligible; CPR preferred. Flexible shift options available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a California CNA license or be eligible for licensure.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow care plans and treatment orders.
• Strong interpersonal skills for resident interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care as per the resident's care plan.
• Identify resident needs, assist with activities of daily living.
• Record observations and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
• Greet residents and assist with mobility and personal care.
