PACS in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with resident assessments and care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and reporting changes to supervisors.

The role requires a valid CNA license in California, ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and cooperate with staff. CPR is preferred. The position emphasizes compassion, accuracy, and safe resident handling.

Qualificações

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or serving meals.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information.
• Follow established policies and procedures and work collaboratively with facility staff.
• Assist residents with daily functions (dental care, bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Help prepare residents for medical tests and transportation to various areas as needed.
• Observe and report injuries, skin issues, and other health concerns to prevent complications.
