Cottonwood Canyon Healthcare Center in El Cajon, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's care plan. You will identify residents before treatments, document accurately, report any condition changes, and support residents with daily activities.

Qualifications include a minimum 10th grade education and a valid CNA license; CPR is preferred. The role includes benefits and a pay range of $22 to $24 per hour based on experience.

Competenze

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident's condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care.
• Follow established policies and procedures and work with the team to meet resident needs.
• Monitor and report injuries, skin conditions, and any irregularities.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and assist with transfers and transports.
• Greet residents, orient them to their room, and assist with meals and activities.
