Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our facility in El Cajon, CA. You will follow resident plans, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and support safety and comfort under supervision.

Responsibilities include helping residents with meals, hygiene, mobility, and documenting changes, while maintaining confidentiality and following all policies. CPR may be preferred and licensure must be current.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification is preferred.

• Identify residents using wristband and monitor conditions.
• Record and report changes to Nurse Supervisor.
