Palomar Heights Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with assessment plans. Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, recording observations, and reporting changes to supervisors.

The role requires adherence to confidentiality and safety policies; CPR is preferred. The pay range is $21.00–$24.00 per hour.

Qualificações

• Must possess, as a minimum, an equivalent of a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly with supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and recording information.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
