Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic health information.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility.
• Assist with meals, room readiness and comfort.
