Job summary

Country Hills Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. You will identify residents before procedures, record information accurately, and promptly report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.

The role requires assisting with daily living activities, ensuring resident comfort, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. CPR is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education at minimum.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive resident environment.
