• Report accidents or incidents observed on the shift promptly.
• Follow facility policies for confidentiality and disclosure of PHI.
• Perform nursing tasks you have been trained to do while ensuring safety.
• Prepare resident rooms, escort residents, and assist with transfers as needed.
